Cozumel 2022. Just a few brief days at the Iberostar Resort on Cozumel. Spent most of our time unplugged drinking by the pool…. And eating, of course. Had one short excursion to snorkel; and it was amazing. Saw green sea turtles, giant starfish, a baby sand shark and 2 barracudas. The resort grounds are just as beautiful, filled with flamingos, parrots, coatimundi (Mexican raccoons), bats and peacocks. Hard to leave all this, but we miss our boys. I am now over half way thru my sabbatical and it will be hard to go back to work soon.
