As our road trip continued, we found ourselves in a completely new place. Sedona wasn’t originally on our radar, but some friends suggested we check it out. Driving along the winding road into the city, we were both in absolute awe of everything we saw. Just look at the pictures below—it truly was an amazing place.
During our few days in this mountain paradise we took a side trip to the south edge of the Grand Canyon, again what an amazing place to see in person. The pictures do not do it justice. Now it was time to make our way back to New Mexico, with a brief stop in Albuquerque. Our next and final destination left me speechless: Carlsbad Caverns. If you haven’t seen them yet, definitely add it to your bucket list.
